This is all my opinion so take it as you will...
I think that donation gears should be cheap, cheaper items means more donations and in the long run people will upgrade thier items and THATS where you will make your money.
I think (if not already) you should talk to Anthony and have the T13 skins and stats put on your server and make vip gears skins T13.
We need a vid, offer rewards to players for the creation of a really good one.
I think Sword11 should be staff forever
I think a GM handbook should be written (if noexistant), cause gms need to know thier limits.
I think that (for the owner and admins) the players should always come first, money is an object friends are forever.
I think that instead of sending a certain gears when a player donates, instead create class specific tokens for gears and vip currency to let them purchase their own items. I see a lot on ewow that people would rather have a certain weapon than the default one that is sent to them when they doante so this would be a very popular thing with vips.
