1) Disputing a Ban or Mute in-game.
1st offense: 2 hour mute
2nd offense or more: 14d mute
2) Respect all players, staff and the server.
Insulting a player, jokes of poor taste, abusive language etc.
1st offense: Verbal Warning
2nd offense: 2 hour mute
3rd offense: 24 hour mute
4th offense or more: 14d mute.
3) Spamming or Swearing in world chat
Swearing IS allowed in world but only to a certain extent. Don't swear just because you can.
Same punishments as #2
4) Advertising another private server
IMMEDIATE permanent IP and account ban.
5) Hacking / Bug Abusing / Scamming / Impersonating a GM
1st offense: 14d character ban
2nd offense: 14d account ban
3rd offense: Permanent Ban
[If you stumble upon a bug, relog immediately to attempt to fix. Afterwards open a ticket or email the admins.]
6) Duping or Vote Hacking
IMMEDIATE 1 year ban
7) Killing players on mobs (other than Brutallus)
1st offense: Verbal Warning
2nd offense: 24 hour character ban
3rd offense: 7d character ban
4th offense: 7d account ban
8) Priest spell Mind Control is banned from use on rogues in pvp
Banned because it removes the rogue's ability to benefit from talent points until relog
1st offense: Verbal warning2nd offense: 1 hour character ban, GM choice.
3rd offense: 7 day character ban
4th offense: 14 day character ban
9) Begging
Don't ask for Items/Gold/Runs/Titles from a GM, or spam invite to group or trade.
Asking to have your level modified to 85 is allowed
This is a Fun server. Money, Items and so on is easy to get with some work at higher levels. In the beginning it's not as easy but then challenge is fun. Getting everything served to you without any efforts is not fun.

Banned because of unfair advantage in PVP
1st offense: Verbal warning2nd offense: 1 hour character ban, GM choice.
3rd offense: 7 day character ban
4th offense: 14 day character ban
11) No twinks allowed.
1st offense: Level to 85
12) No attacking players from the outer area of the arena
Stepping JUST inside the arena so you don't fall into it but are flagging for FFA combat then attacking a player.

3rd offense: 2 hour account ban
4th offense or more: 7d account ban.
