Well its a new server and they need a GM so ima help them improve server.

Solving problems with bugs, maintain peace in server.

A player’s character is stuck on loading screen?
I would tell them to relog... if that don't help than i would tell them to do unstuck tool on web site.
A player is alive, but being told s/he is dead?
I would tell them to relog.
A player has not received their donation items?
Gms can't do much about it... i would tell him to mail admins.
A player has received their donation items but not VIP status?
Would tell them to mail admins.
A player has reported another player for breaking the rules?
I would punish that player for rightful punishement.
A player is unable to use the Warforge-WoW Launcher?
Would tell them to try re download it again.
A player is unable to make the custom weapon patch work?
I would tell them to clear cache/wtf and than try.
A player is unable to patch to the most current version of World of Warcraft?
I would link them reinstall their WoW.
You receive a ticket that does not make any sense?
I would ask them to tell me that is their exact problem.
You receive a ticket in a foreign language that you do not understand?
I would ask them to try explaining me their problems in english.

I would ask player to stop doing that.

I would say im sorry and ask them if he needs any help.
